"I’ve been teaching Ashtanga Yoga regularly over twenty years already. Yoga practice and assisting is an invitation for me to this moment, again and again".

Workshop: Explore the nervous system’s window of tolerance

Ashtanga yoga directly affects the nervous system — sometimes subtly, sometimes strongly. In this workshop, we explore the nervous system’s window of tolerance and how Ashtanga practice can support balance, recovery and inner safety. You’ll learn to notice subtle signals in your body and make your practice more responsive, sustainable, and aligned with your life. The workshop invites you to pause, reconnect with your body and nervous system, and find more space, stability, and flexibility in your practice.
