With this free workshop, Govind Radhakrishnan will guide you through exercises where you “grounder” and focus on creating calm, relaxation and a solid foundation in yourself. You will be introduced to simple and comfortable breathing and yoga exercises that do not require you to be agile or do yoga in advance.
